For Returns, all parcels must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and swing tags in place. 
Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs. Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage.
Billy Aloha is limited edition garments and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes will be available when exchanging. If the size or style you want is not available, you will be given a full refund. Billy Aloha does not cover customs duties or charges, which may apply depending on your country.
Most of our styles are handmade with care in Los Angeles and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.
Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, color running or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear.
